The Film

The goal of the film was simple: tell the story of the event. By using the gimmick of news reporter style bombardment of the attendees as they arrived, we set the pace for the film and their experience at the event on a whole. This was going to be a high-status experience where YOU, the attendee, was celebrated.

With quicker and slower cuts, varying music and SFX, we were able to change the pacing depending on the context of the film. It starts quick and punchy, slows down to give weight to the conference and the awards and then punches back up again to highlight the evening’s performances.

Awards

Documenting the awards was a case of right place right time. It meant positioning the photographer confidently for a clear view of the winners as well as getting their attention during the short time they were on stage.

Speakers

Throughout the day, DNB brought a host of speakers to entertain and educate the attendees. They spoke across various stages and lighting, some with both interactive seminars and lectures.

Performances

After the conference and the dinner followed fun! Performances from Julie Bergan and Need Music lit up the night as everyone got good and hydrated.
